Refund Policy

Cancelations

If you have to cancel your session, Open Fairways Golf Club requires a 24 hour notice of cancelation for customers to receive a full refund. If Cancelations are not received 24 hours in advance no refund will be able to be issued. 

Reschedules

If you are needing to reschedule your session at Open Fairways Golf Club, you must give 6 hours notice prior to your scheduled session. If notice is not received timely,  no refund will be able to be issued. 

No-Show

If you No Show for your session at Open Fairways Golf Club, no refund is able to be issued.
Memberships
Month - to - Month Memberships must be cancelled by 30-day written notice. 6- month and 12 - Month memberships will cancel at the end of their contract unl and will be able to re-enroll for membership if desired.
